We process all of our orders from our office on the Gold Coast. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of your order being placed – excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and carefully packed, it will be shipped through Australia Post and their courier network. Shipping times may vary, however your order should arrive within seven business days. Please Note: We dispatch orders Monday – Friday but our couriers do not process deliveries over the weekend. Orders for Friday dispatch will be held over by the courier until the following Monday.
Our delivery costs are calculated by weight and cubic measure of ech individual box. Rates are calculated and governed by Australia Post. Within Australia, delivery costs vary from state to state and will be added at checkout.
We do not ship Internationally outside of Australia.
We understand that circumstances can change at the last minute, however, orders can only be cancelled PRIOR to dispatch. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be canceled or refunded. Cancellation of any order incurs a $20.00 administrative fee, regardless of box value. Your order will be refunded minus this fee.
